Below are covers and pages from the 2019 Autumn Steam Gala brochure. The content was based on the previous version and I redesigned and updated it to sit with the current branding. I also organised the print buying and distributed to various outlets within the railway.

The Hospitality brochure below was a project briefed in by the Heritage Support Manager. I was supplied with the text content generated from reports by other staff in the company and sourced some of the images by liaising with colleagues. I arranged a photo shoot for the function room spread with one of the volunteers who is a photographer, dealt with the print management and distributed the product once delivered.

Below are some of the flyers I created during my time at SVR. They all follow the current brand style conceived by Severn Communications. I took briefs from various departments including volunteer staff still involved with marketing events on the railway. The basis for the content was usually either supplied with the brief from the outset or procured from the official website and then edited as the artwork was proofed back to the client. Most of the flyers below were part of campaigns, so the artwork was also adapted for digital output through social media channels and on the SVR website.

The DL leaflet below was requested by the Visitor Services Team Leader who briefed me to design and produce an up to date leaflet based on the previous version. Branded in keeping with existing 2019 leaflet designs, it has perforated panels with forms for customers to return.

The mock-ups below are a simple guide that the General Manager briefed the Marketing department to create. The idea, originally sketched out by the Sales and Marketing Manager, is a simplified map of the railway line that indicates which carriage it's best to be in to leave the train at your desired destination. The stations are colour coded corresponding to labels on the carriages which are numbered. These numbers were printed on self-cling vinyl and applied to the carriages. I worked closely with the Operations and Carriage & Wagon departments on this and the project was scheduled to be rolled out on a trial basis in February 2020.
